The number of homes listed for sale in Lexington as well as the listed volume is down significantly from November. But, this tends to be the trend for this time of year. However, things seem to be looking up for the last month of 2012.The number of homes sold is up slightly which is great considering the busy Holiday Season. Great news too, the average price of homes sold in December is greater than that in November. Inventory accumulation is down significantly and average days on market is slightly less. This is very exciting for Lexington, SC because inventory is absorbing and homes are selling more quickly. I hope the trend continues for 2013.
